Installation

Configuration

DynamicFields::Mask::PossibleMasks

Set the possible masks to be displayed.

Use

Creating a mask-type dynamic field.

The module adds to the native OTRS options the type ‘Mask’ when creating a new dynamic field. To create a new dynamic field just follow the standard OTRS procedure.

Navigate to the administration menu and search for ‘Dynamic Fields’.

When selecting an object, also select the Mask type:

Configure name and label normally. In the option "Field Settings Masks" select which type of mask will act in the field.

You can set mask of type: monetary value. Where it is possible to configure which currency the field will operate under. Allowing, or not, negative values.

In the option Standard you can select which type of mask will work, being the types: CEP, CNPJ, CPF and Telephone.

Save the field and add it to a desired screen.

It will be displayed according to the defined mask. The example below is the 'zip code' mask:
